Advice for a young graduate
The young graduate program at TMC is a 1-year program that assists you in finding your way as an employeneur on your first job experience.
We will assist in finding a first project in the sectors that interest you the most. From life sciences to software development, and from mechatronics to chemical production.
During the year, TMC organizes several workshops to improve your soft skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
You get the chance to work on a challenging side project with other young graduates from different engineering backgrounds, guided by an experienced engineer within TMC.
You will get to know the company and your colleagues during the different (in)formal events we organize to develop your network and boost your visibility on the market.
