First, your Business Manager (BM). He’ll be the point of contact between you and the customer for whom you will be carrying out the project. Your BM will provide follow-up tailored to your needs so you can easily integrate into the project. So if you need more information, specific tools or training to learn new skills, your BM will be here to listen and help you!
As well as the support of your manager, the HR Team will follow you through your career with us. Given that we’re looking at your career from a long-term perspective, we also need to make sure that your professional development meets your expectations! So, with our follow-up, you’ll be able to discuss your project in complete confidence. If you have any concerns, need technical reinforcement, or simply want to discuss your ambitions, the HR team will be there to listen to you and ensure your well-being!
